BLCC Singapore has successfully concluded the 3rd run of the Mentorship Program with a debrief and lunch at NUSS Suntec City Guild House.
During the lunch, both mentors and mentees shared their personal experience of mentoring and being mentored. The mentors shared that they had learnt from the mentees' fresh perspectives. On the other hand, the mentees benefited from the counsel and experience of their mentors.
A big shoutout to Patrycja Wisniewska and Isabel Alvarez Fernandez from BLCC Singapore's Mentorship Committee, who played an instrumental role in implementing the Mentorship Program.
