At the Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (BLCC), we are honoured to serve and connect all the people and communities who support and rely on our purpose, events and services. That is why we hold ourselves to the highest standards in what we deliver, how we do it and how we treat one another.
The Belgium Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce (BLCC) supports Belgian, Luxembourg, Singaporean and international businesses in Singapore. We officer advice, visibility, and networking opportunities to our members as well as to other professionals in Singapore actively involved in or seeking business with Belgium and Luxembourg. Our main objective is to facilitate, coordinate and support our members in developing and maintaining their business in Singapore and Asia.
Our well-established partnership with the Belgian and Luxembourg Embassies and Trade Agencies enables us to offer exclusive opportunities to our members in attending different trade missions and important government delegations visiting Singapore.
BLCC welcomes business executives, professionals, academics and students from Belgium, Luxemburg, Singapore and international organisations.
Our history
The BLCC was formed as BLBG (Belgium Luxembourg Business Group) over 20 years ago in Singapore, initially, it was a Business club, managed by volunteers. It has now evolved over the years to become a well-managed professional Chamber of Commerce, which organizes business events adding value to the Belgian Business Community.
In 2013, the BLBG took an important step to further its professionalization and was incorporated as an independent association under Singapore legislation.
In 2020, the transition from BLBG to BLCC was finalized and BLCC is now a Belgian and Luxembourg Chamber of Commerce.
BeLux chambers in Asia & EuroCham
BLCC Singapore has a close collaboration with 14 Belgium-Luxembourg Chambers of Commerce in the region. We regularly organize (online) activities together and members of each chamber can attend the events of the other chambers in the region at member rates.
BLCC is a founding member of the European Chamber of Commerce (EuroCham) in Singapore. BLCC members can attend EuroCham events at member rates.
