The atmosphere in CHIJMES was absolutely electric as supporters of Belgium 🇧🇪(from members and friends of BLCC Singapore and The Belgian and Luxembourg Association of Singapore) and New Zealand 🇳🇿came together to cheer their respective teams.
Dressed in red, yellow, and black ❤️💛🖤 and with Belgian flags, banners, capes, face tattoos and clappers, the Belgium supporters were ready to cheer the Red Devils in this critical match which will decide whether Belgium proceeds to the next stage of the World Cup.
The Belgium 🇧🇪 supporters cheered and applauded the Red Devils at every goal. The climax was the 5th goal by Alexis Saelemaekers, in stoppage time, when the crowd erupted into exuberant applause and cheers, waving Belgium flags and banners, as Belgium succeeded in advancing to the next stage of World Cup 2026.
