The Discover the Taste of Alternative Proteins event (12 November 2024) was a great success. Members and guests were inspired by the sharing of company stories and gained insights on the policies and research about the future of food. In addition, they had the opportunity to sample alternative proteins and network with food and wine.
This event is a collaboration between the BLCC Singapore, DutchCham (Dutch Chamber of Commerce Singapore), European Chamber of Commerce, Singapore (EuroCham Singapore) and SwissCham Singapore and in partnership with Singapore Science Park.
A big shout out to the following founders/key executives who inspired us with their companies' Alternative Proteins journey:
Damian Krüger from CREMER Sustainable Foods I Dean Ng from Altimate Nutrition I Dominique Kull SGProtein I Saravanan Lokasundaram from Agrocrops I Vivienne Lee from Green Rebel Foods I Wouter Duyck from ZENKO Superfoods
