Excusive to BLCC members, the BLCC Singapore Mentorship Programme aims to accelerate personal and professional growth by pairing individuals with experienced mentors who can share insights, skills, and perspectives. It also fosters meaningful connections that support goal‑setting, accountability, and long‑term development.
👍 This year, the 7th edition of the BLCC Singapore Mentorship Programme attracted 14 pairs of mentor-mentee, an increase of 56% from the 6th edition. It was officially launched on 5 February 2026, pairing experienced mentors with mentees to foster professional and personal growth.
Lynn Ong, Chair of BLCC Mentorship Committee, presented a concise and structured approach to the mentorship process, highlighting the distinct roles of mentors and mentees and the importance of mutual respect, commitment and confidentiality. Thereafter, she unveiled the mentor-mentee pairing and kick-started the first mentorship conversations for those who are present physically and virtually.
