✨ BLCC Mentorship Closing Lunch ✨
Yesterday, we concluded the 6th run of BLCC Mentorship Program with a delightful lunch in the Bistro, NUSS Guildhouse - Suntec City.
It was a great time to connect and share with one another the positive mentoring experience, which provided the mentees' better clarity of their goals and strategies to achieve the goals. The mentors also learnt from the mentees as they reflected on their own experiences and the perspectives of the mentees. In addition, we reflected on how we can further improve the mentorship program.
