The third BLCC Singapore Entrepreneurs' Circle Breakfast took place yesterday (9 Dec 2024), offering another dynamic and enriching session for members who are founders of their own companies.
Facilitated by Christophe Semaille, the meeting focused on defining growth and strategies for business development. Christophe introduced impactful tools such as Market Entry Process, Business Development Pipeline and Business Model Canvas.
The session was highly interactive, with participants exchanging practical suggestions and personalized feedback to help each other improve their businesses.
The group collectively agreed to establish an accountability WhatsApp group to support and motivate one another in implementing the 10-5-2 principle of business development.
