BLCC Singapore Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 12 September 2024 was an important milestone as the Board and members came together to review past accomplishments, share the aspirations we have for BLCC and elect the Board of Directors for Board 2024-2025.
Isabel Alvarez Fernandez , BLCC President welcomed the members and presented the membership reports and events. She also thanked Cynthia Zhai • CSP, Voice Coach, TEDx Speaker, Author , for her past contributions to BLCC as she had decided to step down as a Board Director. Thereafter, the Board Directors shared their passion and plans for events related to Climate Change, Geopolitics, Technology, Logistics and Transport, Young Professionals, Women and Mentoring.
We are delighted to have an unanimous re-election of the the Board of Directors, comprising of Isabel Alvarez Fernandez (President) I Andre Nothomb I Christophe Derdeyn I Claudia Gehlen I Francis du Bois de Vroylande I GAO Bo I Geert Van Brempt I Olivier Vijverman I Patrycja Wisniewska I Sjoerd De Clerck. In addition, we welcome Bruno Krellstein as the newly elected Board Director.
During the AGM, we had a dialogue with our valued members, to give them a platform to voice their opinions and share valuable insights. We want to thank our members for their feedback as it will help us to create events and initiatives that will value-add to them .
The evening continued with a delightful buffet dinner and a vibrant networking environment that fostered connections and camaraderie among our members.
