Be well, Lead Well: Mental Wellbeing as a Business Strategy


This morning, CEOs and Managing Directors of 28 companies from 8 business chambers met together to engage in meaningful discussions and explore how they can lead the change within their organizations to foster positive transformations surrounding mental health.

Moderated by Anthea Indira Ong​, Founder & Chairperson of WorkWell Leaders, the 3 speakers (Suyeon Kim, Country President of AstraZeneca Singapore​, Boudewijn Pesch​, Vice President APAC of Axis Communications ​and Li-San Tan​, CEO, National Council of Social Service​ (NCSS)) shared with the audience their approaches in managing their own mental wellbeing and the current organizational strategies that worked well to manage the staff's mental wellbeing. The audience also raised many pertinent issues they faced during and after the panel discussion.
