A Flavour Journey Into The Chocolate World

Our members had the privilege of visiting the Barry Callebaut Group Academy today. We are grateful to Jo Thys for the opportunity to taste various types of chocolate and to refine our palates. Thank you Racheal Toh and Marjorie Bourdon and Janani Sivalingam  for enlightening us about the world of chocolate.

We went through a journey to discover the art of tasting chocolate with our 5 senses, got a flavour of Iconic Belgium chocolates, beyond Dark Milk and White…. as well as latest innovations. Deep dived in sensorial experience with our Head of the Chocolate Academy APAC, Chef SeungYun who crafted amazing delight related to the consumer trends for us to enjoy.

We enjoyed indulging in the different aromas, flavors and textures, as well as learning about the making of chocolate. Thank you Chef SeungYun Lee for the original and delicious creations.
